Breeds of Livestock - Fabrianese Sheep


fabrianese-1.jpgThis breed is found in Ancona Province, Marche Region of Italy.  The Fabrianese is a course wool breed kept for both meat and milk production.  The breed is polled and exhibits a Roman nose.  It orginated from local Apennine crossed to Bergamasca.
